This page is maintained by Barnes Information Technology Solutions to answer common questions about the Author Acceleration Session Finder. It is not an independent certification.
When you complete the session finder we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your answers to the four assessment questions
- The recommended session derived from your answers
We use your information to email you a copy of your recommended starting session and a booking link, and to help us improve the program. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Submissions are stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access controls and encryption in transit. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider. Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized staff.
The submission endpoint uses rate limiting and bot-detection measures to reduce the risk of someone submitting another person's email address to receive unsolicited mail. If you ever receive a recommendation email you did not request, please reply or contact us and we will remove your address.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@barnesinfotech.com.
